Reservation for Rent - BCV Studio, 6 nights, Dec 8-14

We've unfortunately had to cancel a trip using a confirmed reservation for 6 nights at a Beach Club studio, December 8 - 14, 2013. 91 points. for the reserved studio. $14 per point, firm.

I know this is higher than the usual $12-$13 pp, but after purchasing the premium rent/trade plan, which allows me to post this reservation before November 8, I will actually yield $12.90 pp. That's why the $14 pp price is firm.

Please let me know if you are interested. I have rented points once before, and can provide a reference.

I am interested! This falls right when we want to go (between thanksgiving and Christmas). Is it still available? It would be for 4-5 adults and a 14 year old so we would most likely need both studios.

A studio is still available. I had two available when I first started this post, one has been rented, and I have edited my original post to reflect that I still have one reservation left to rent.
