Reservation during Halloween Query

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been asked before, or if it's a silly question! I have a reservation booked for BOG dinner (8:45) when I visit Disney World in October, but I've just noticed that it's on a night when the park closes early for the Halloween Party. Does this mean I need tickets for the Party to get to the restaurant?

Yes you do. I believe the last reservation for non ticket holders is 6:30pm

There was actually fine print (that you probably didn't notice) when you booked that said you would need a ticket for the special event to eat at that restaurant at that time.

I wouldn't waste party time at an 8:45 dinner in a venue with no windows. You will miss the parade and probably the fireworks.

Even if you had tickets, that reservation would be a waste of party time in my opinion.

I did BOG during the party last year and although I really enjoyed our dinner, it just took away a lot of time we could have spent enjoying the festivities.

The only reason i booked BOG during the party was because it was the only time available for our trip and my niece pretty much stood her ground about eating there. If I had it to do over again..i would have skipped BOG.
