Reservation Confirmations-how long to get?

Once you make your resort reservation, how long does it take to receive the confirmation? I called about 3 weeks after our reservation was made, and the rep at CRO/WDTC told me it usually only takes a week. She said she would have a new confirmation sent out, but it has now been an additional 2 weeks. Is this a long time?

Mine took about 5 days and I thought that was quick. If you're in doubt call and confirm. Why make the planning your WDW experience any more "exciting" than it already is?!

I would definitely call back... we had ours within a week also.
