Reservation Confirmation

I usually emailed them with my reservation # and have them reply back to me with full detail reservation. They kindly reply with all the info.

Yep, this seems to be the steps we need to do. The reservation emails using developer points is VERY hit and miss.

Per my conversation with MS as of 12:30 today, they were through January 20th. Consideirng they are 28 days behind, if they are able to cover two days of backlog in 1 day, it will take 2 weeks just to get caught up with today's request (assuming they are handled 7 days a week).

We booked our SS either 1/21 or 1/22...so hopefully that means in a day or two we should finally get our confirmation #!!!!

Booked a vacation a SSR with our incentive points after be purchased into BLT, they did mention they were behind on sending the e-mails. Made the reservation on jan. 29 and received the e-mail confirmation today.

Hmmm...we did book on 1/22 and still have not received our confirmation #. I should have asked this morning when I was on the phone with MS making our JAN BLT reservation.

If I don't get an email in a day or two, I'll have to call and see. We are waiting to cancel two rooms at POR once we know for sure we have the room booked...just waiting on the confirmation #.

It took 5 weeks before I rec'vd the email confirming reservation with developer points.

For once, I remained patient...and I got my confirmation by email!!

We made our DP SSR reservation Jan 22nd in the early afternoon. So it has been 3 weeks exactly now!

Now we can call and cancel our POR reservations with 2 rooms!

Congratulations!!! I am waiting on my confirmation and will feel MUCH better once I have it. I booked mine on 2/7, so am thinking that I have another week or so. I was told it could take about 3 weeks and it sounds like that is what it is taking for others.

Once I get it, I want to call back and make a request for the Springs. I was told that I should wait to have a confirmation # so they can add it to my reservation.

Still waiting (trying to be patient). We made our reservation on 1/16, but made a change to it (adding concierge to it) on 1/26 so who knows when we will get it. I was told when i called ms that I do indeed have the reservation, (they could see it there) but they were way behind on dp confirmations.

I booked on1/16 for a stay with developer points. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get a confirmation. I got my confirmation in the mail on 2/23. We're all set now!!

When I booked using my DP's yesterday, the CM said they were way backed up. Thought it would be 3-4 weeks before getting confirmation.

I was told the same thing today when I called to use the last of my developer points - 10-14 days. I was just glad to be able to get the ressie. I was afraid all the rooms would be gone for that last week of Sept due to F&W plus the expiration of the DP points....
