Reservation Confirmation Help!

I think I've got a problem, Houston!

I made 6 ressies on Tuesday Jan 3rd, 2005. No written confirmations as of yet. Has anyone made a ressie on or after 01/03/05 and received their confirmation?

The reason I ask, I made ressie in November of 2004, and no written confirmation either! That was my first ressie. I requested another confirmation letter on 01/03/05 as well!

They confirmed my correct mailing address, I get my dues bills, and magazines, just no confirmations. I have valid reservation numbers for each ressie as well.

Any suggestions?

I made my resservations on January 4th, and I got my confirmation about a week later. I'd just call them back again and tell them you still aren't getting your confirmations. That's very strange. Maybe they can fax them to you if you have access to a fax machine.

Thanks, I'll try the fax. I'm the guy who always gets the bizzare problem. Probably a computer glitch :(

Do you have an apartment or Unit #.

That is the problem I was having. They had the correct address but the Suite # never showed.

Have them double check to make sure that it was not returned.

No apartment or Suite #, thanks for the tip, and I will call and see if they were returned!

I finished making a reservation on Jan 10 and got the confirmation a few days later. I would have them fax it to you.
 
Made a ressie on 1/11 - the envelope is postmarked 1/15 and it arrived on 1/18 which was a very nice birthday present!
 
Habby Birthday Humbug.

Called MS today spoke with Keith. He stated I should have received the original and re-sent confirmations. He found nothing wrong in my info. He is resending them. I said I have nearly 1000 points rented out, I will loose banked points, I need them faxed please. "Sorry I can't do that" How about email? "Only within 2 months of the trip date, I have no access to the email system" But.....

The renters can call MS with the confirmation #, their names and the dates of the trip and MS will confirm for them.

I asked can I speak to a supervisor, some of these reservations were made in early November and confirmations have been sent out three times now, he suggested I give it a week.

Not wanting to be a 'NAUGHTY' DVCer, I backed down and acquiesed! (whimp I know, but I want to be on the Good DVCer list)

I'm not too happy, and I hope my renters will be satisfied.

?Would you, if you were a renter?

?Other suggestions?

And Keith was unable to tell if the missing confirmations (all 9 of them) have been returned as undeliverable!
