Reservation confirmation-do they email?

2 questions.

I booked an AP rate at RPR, I plan to upgrade my ticket to a premier AP, but not till I get there. Will they still honor my AP rate as long as I show them my AP at some point during my stay?


2nd, I booked the AP rate on the website, but never got a confirmation email, and I assumed I would so never wrote down my confirmation #. They put the money on hold on my CC for the room, but what do I do to get that #?

call and request a confirming email for your reservation.

you can check in but will have to upgrade your pass and then show it to the front desk before you check out.

you might be told you will be charged the rack rate until you show your AP.

don't panic.
once you activate or upgrade your pass, you are good to go.


i did that the first time i bought the ap.
checked in, process my ap, showed the front desk the next day.
charge for room updated then.

came back to add that the preferred annual pass will give you the discount on the room as well as the premier annual pass.


the power pass does not include room discounts.

preferred is cheaper than the premier annual passes

I've had to call both times to get a confirmation email...which makes absolutely no sense. I entered my email address, and faithfully check my spam filter, and never receive it. Once I call, they send it and I get it the next day.

Two weeks ago when I booked at RPR for next weekend, they took down my e-mail and never recieved an e-mail either. I got a conf. # over the phone though. I called back to confirm and they said give the e-mail a couple of days, nothing yet. I assume that the conf. # and since they charged the rooms to my CC its ok.
