I am looking for the designer who created the perfect card to record our dining
reservation info. It has a place for Day, date, time, confirmation #, diners, and
special request if any. Plus in the corner was a picture of the restaurant you will
be dining at. I have only the one from Chef Mickey's left. The card itself is the size
of a 4x6 index card. I do think the original designer is no longer designing.
Is there someone on here that will be willing to help me? Or have I overlooked the
