Reservation at Savi's before park opens?

We will be at HS on 11/19 and my husband managed to get a reservation for Savi's for 9:45. But the park doesn't open until 10:00. It says you can check in up to 15 minutes before. Is there a place to enter the park before open if you have a reservation? Thanks for the help!

the parks have been opening at least 30 minutes before official time
