Reservation/ADR for Rainforest Cafe?

Does RFC accept reservations?
Is it through Disney's ADR system or do I call the RFC location directly?
How far in advance can I call?

I know they do at the one at DAK, I am pretty sure they do now at DtD. You can call the regular Disney Dining number for the one at DAK for sure, not sure about the one at DtD.
