Reservation AAA Story question

I tried to book the AAA story today and they said I have to be on the dining plan(which I know is not true) . Has anyone booked this before and how do you do it. Am I supposed to have a voucher first?

It is only for guests that have purchased a AAA disney vacation pkg. You can't do it for simply being a AAA member. Once you receive your AAA travel Docs, there will be a voucher in there with the explanation how to book.

Oh thanks. I did book with AAA and my agent, believe it or not told me to call and book the reservation at the same time I do my dining! My vacay is in march so I will be waiting awhile to do that then.

Call your agent directly and have them do it for you. You can book it 90 days out (I think). It only runs on certain days/times. TOTALLY worth it!!! You get great one on one time with the character/princess

What is AAA story?

For only people that book a disney vacation Pkg thru AAA,( regular WDW pkgs do not get this perk) they get a storytime with a disney character included.The character varies. We had the fairy godmother

That's cool, especially if you have kids. I hadn't heard of it before... No kids (human ones at least; our cat & dog might as well be!) + we're DVC members so I highly doubt I'll ever book a Disney vacation through AAA, but good to know about in case I know someone who will be!
