Reservation 5/31/2020

If I am wanting to check-in 5/31/2020 at my home resort, what day do I make the reservation?

I called MS for a different question and she asked when my next vacation was going to be.

The CM seemed confused since it was the 31st of the month. She said to call on 5/30, make the reservation for a week beginning 5/30, then call on June 30 to modify.

Member for over 10 years, and I have never heard of this nor have I ever done it. Is this what I should be doing?

There’s a few times this happens. Late Jan stays are also always that way because Feb never has more than 29 days. As mentioned you then go to the 1st of the month so July 1st people stating vacations on both May 31st and June 1st will both be booking their stays.
