could someone please remind me if I can make reservations at midnight or have to wait until morning.

Should I also make bbb??

You have to wait until morning. It goes live at 6AM Eastern Time online. Can't call until 7 Eastern.

BBB is a must-call, and that is after 7 Eastern. Can't be done online.
