Rescheduling WestJet Flight

Right now, we're scheduled to fly Toronto to Orlando Apr 22 and still holding onto a thread of hope as flights are only cancelled to Apr 20 for now. In the likelihood that we have to reschedule, we were thinking of mid-June, but if the travel ban is still in place, and we have to reschedule a 2nd time, Plan C is October. Does anyone know how many times you can reschedule because of the travel ban with WestJet with no fee? When I read the info online, it says one-time fee waiver so I assume I would be charged for the 2nd change but just thought I’d ask in case anyone knows for sure. If needed, I can cancel and keep the money in the travel bank and book the flight when we know for sure the ban is lifted and the park is open

I would think if it's a government ban, it's out of anyone's control and Westjet would honour another waive. If their policies were set in stone, I would think they would let you know this so you could book much further out to ensure a better chance of travel.
