Rescheduling a universal ticket?

Hi all,
If I bought a ticket for March 31 and express unlimited, is it possible to reschedule the date (ie not go on March 31 but not lose out on the ticket?) thanks!

I have the same question - hoping to move my express unlimited to one day later than the current booking. Anyone know if they will allow this? thanks!

I did this once. I was in the hospital overnight, so I had to change my HHN Express pass to the next day. I called up Universal and the agent was able to do it. I think they just need the confirmation number.

Since the ep is date related, you need to contact UO for changing dates

It could be the ep cost is higher when you request to make the change
There could be an additional fee to pay to make up the difference

The more eps that are sold for a specific date, the chance the rate is higher

I went ahead and called universal and they said that technically tickets are non transferable but that they review requests on a “case by case basis.” So, I guess if you call and ask really, really nicely...

I was surprised when folks had been allowed to change the tickets as they are usually adamant they are non transferable.

But, yes, sounds as if they will give individual consideration which is good to hear! Excellent customer service!

It seems they are very flexible currently.
I had purchased two premier annual passes for my upcoming trip with flex pay.
I had to cancel the trip because of concerns with corona virus - did not want to get stuck on Florida for two weeks and was not sure when I could go again and actually get them\activate them.
They refunded my fully- something they would never do.

So I am disappointed I wont make it to Mardia Gras this year, but I really appreciate Universals flexibility.

So although they may not be able to help you, at least email them and see what they can do.
