Resales & banked points ?

If I purchase a resale with banked points with a March use year, when would the points that are banked need to be used by? Is it the last day of the use year month of the following year?

The resale I am looking at has point banked from 2002.

You have until the last day of the month BEFORE your UY to use them. For points banked from March 2002 that would be Feb 29, 2004

100% of March 2003 points would have to be banked by August 31, 50% by Nov 30, 25% by Dec 31.

BTW, we have a March UY, and the end of February date is a pain when it comes to reserving. For some reason, the computers never seem to get that 29 day month right!

If you're looking at a resale that has points available now that are banked, you won't have that much time to use them or rent them out. Good luck.
