Resale White Membership Card

Being a DVC newbie, I’m a little confused about the white resale membership card which we can access on the website. I think I read somewhere that it expires three months after we access it. What, exactly, are it’s benefits? Does it expire? We’re not going to use our points until next year, so I‘m not sure that I should even look at it, if that will set the expiration clock ticking. Will it?

If it does expire, does our ability to access it on the website disappear, or can I print out a new copy anytime I want, after the three months? Seems odd to only be able to print it out at the beginning of our membership.

After three months the expiration date will change and be good for a year at a time.You will be able to access it.The benefits of the white card are access to the lounge Top of the world and pool hoping.

Every time you access your membership card online it starts a new 3 month expiry (both for white and blue). Here's the heading every time you pull up your card online.

A hint that I picked up is to look up your card just before a trip and take a screenshot on your phone. It is a lot easier than fishing out a printed version when you need to show it to someone, for instance, if you go to Top of the World.

To add, pool hopping is currently suspended so before you go, if that is something that interests you, check to see if they are allowing it again.

It is a digital membership card, which you can find when you log into the DVC member site under "My DVC." If you look under that tab, you will find "View My Membership Card" as an option choice. Click on that and take a screenshot with your phone of the image.
