There are a couple of things i know for sure, and many i am not sure about. could you guys help.
I have to be DVC owner. I dont really care if it is resale or direct, but am confused as to the advantages / disadvantages.
I typically stay onsite at Disney at least 1-2 times each year. I LOVE the Wilderness Lodge. knowing this does it make sense to try and get a WL resale or does it really not matter where your home resort is - and i should just try to get the best deal.
also, the 3/20 rule is still a little confusing. would i even have time to get in before that takes place (does it go on contract acceptance date or approval / close date). what happens if i do resale after 3/20.
last question - do i have to come up with financing on my own (through bank, etc) or would a broker (some on boards were talking about Fidelty) offer financing.
just trying to get all my ducks in a row in case i need to move fast.
