Resale question / "Use Year"?

I was just going through the resale list on this site and would like to know what the column "Use Year" means and the months that are under it?
Also, is there somewhere that you can look to see how many points it takes to rent at different times of the year for different sized rooms, etc?

Lisa,

Use year refers to the month in which your points are allotted ie. if you were to purchase 150 points with an August use year you would get your 150 points on August 1st.

One thing to keep in mind is to buy where you plan to stay most. The 11 month booking window at your home resort can be crucial at times in obtaining a reservation. You'll see this pointed out constantly on the boards.
