7/13 am made offer to TTS
7/13 pm offer accepted, received contract agreement
7/14 pm sent deposit to ***, signed agreement sent to TTS
7/15 pm offer sent to disney for ROFR
7/16 pm received Escrow letters
7/16 pm *** receives deposit
7/21 am faxed signed escrow letter to ***
8/5 pm received notice of passing ROFR
8/14 pm received final documents
8/15 am emailed TSS and *** with a few questions about final doc. Deposit on doc. is not what I sent them, and as I am from Canada we do not have Social Security numbers. Hope to get this straightened out soon so I can send cheque and final documents back.
8/18 pm mailed final documents and cheque to title company

7/10/09: Saw new listing, made offer, received documents from TSS
7/13/09: Submitted to Disney for ROFR process
7/14/09: Rec'd e-mail from escrow company
8/5/09: TSS emailed that Disney waived their ROFR
8/12/09: Rec'd closing docs
8/13/09: Rec'd e-mail from TSS that the seller has sent in their docs
8/14/09: FedEx'ed our docs and cashier's check
8/18/09: Rec'd e-mail that we had closed
8/21/09: Rec'd e-mail from DVC welcoming us home
8/22/09: Called MS and made our first reservation!
8/24/09: Rec'd DVC planner in the mail

Still waiting for our DVC membership cards!

9/5 As of today I have not received an email from DVC and I have not checked to see if I am in the system or not. Our first DVC trip is not until May 2011. So no big hurry to check, although I will call next week just to make sure.
