we have a pending resale with the Timeshare store, they've been great to work with. once the sale is complete and we are on Disney's system - will we get some kind of welcome package with details on DVC from Disney? It looks like there is a website for DVC, how will I get access?
Also, my use year is Dec and no dues are due until 2010. When will I have to pay my annual fee? Can I get it deducted each month in 2010 or is it due in full in Jan 2010 even though my UY is Dec?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

you should get a member guide with point charts and pics of all the resorts including a guide for DVC rules. it'll probably come when they send the 2011 pt charts.

they will send you login information once you have a member number. (mine didn't work but you can call MS to straighten things out if needed.)

it is due in jan 2010 - annual fees are charged by calendar year, not use year.

you should call member accounting as soon as possible if you want to set up a monthly draft from a checking account. that is possible if you set it up on time.

We are also in the process of getting a resale with TSS.

From what they've told us, our 2010 dues are due in full at the time of full payment. They said we are not able to do the monthly dues until year two.

You need to call your broker and discuss your questions with them.
