This may have been asked before, so if that is the case, feel free to redirect me to the other thread.
We just put in an offer on a resale contract with TTS. We already faxed back our one-page agreement and the authorization to charge our credit card for the deposit.
My question is - what happens next? If you could please give me a list of the steps, that would be most appreciated. For example, I know the documents go to Disney for ROFR, I know we mail back closing docs, etc. but I am sure there are more details. I'd appreciate any feedback from people who have done this. I am a planner who likes to know what to expect exactly (and in what order the things will happen).
Thanks a bunch!

) this will give you an idea - after our deposit & initial paperwork was received by TTS ( we used snail mail ) I think it only took a little more than 1 week before we were notified that we passed ROFR. Believe then that Timeshare Closing Services then came into the process from there - this part took a few weeks ( title search, estopple, etc. ) and then when we received final paperwork we mailed back papers that needed to be signed & certified check for balance due. It then took just about a week before we were notified that contract was 'closed' (although technically think it's not officially closed until recorded by Orange County comptroller but your points will be in

We'll just be patient, but that isn't my strong suit.
Once we hear something, I'll be happy to update you all. At least we started the purchase process earlier so we have time to bank and make ressies.
