Resale points being added after contract loaded

I've been reading the closing thread - most points appear to be added now a day or so after the contract shows up on the DVC account.

As an existing member, I had 2 contracts added on 4th February and not showing.

I've tried calling MS (picked option 1) several times and I have been told:

1) I have to contact resale broker
2) I have to wait another week
3) Nothing MS can do
4) I can email Member Admin

When I have done this before, I was on hold or 10 mins then it was added.

Any suggestions? Ive emailed Member Admin, but I had hoped MS would get the points added.......

It is MS that does it, but a specific part of it, It is possible that given the long wait times currently for normal things CMs need to do, that they have decided to stop allowing those requests to be handled through a call.

I would say all you can do is call again and see if you can get a CM who will contact those people. Maybe tell them about the trip you need to get booked, That is what helped me in the summer after waiting over a week. The CM asked me what the dates were and the trip I wanted, so I gave her them, got the point set and booked it for me.

When we bought our BWV contract last Nov. the contract showed up and after waiting a week and the points still weren't loaded I did call MS and was connected someone who as able to load them. Good luck.

Seems anywhere from 5 to 10 days was the average.

I would say all you can do is call again and see if you can get a CM who will contact those people. Maybe tell them about the trip you need to get booked, That is what helped me in the summer after waiting over a week. The CM asked me what the dates were and the trip I wanted, so I gave her them, got the point set and booked it for me.

I called again today and spoke to MS. CM put me on hold for around 15 min. I was told it would be a few more days........

I guess I got lucky. My contract showed on 2-10 and points were in 2-11. Maybe because I already had a membership and it was an add-on with same UY? Who knows how they operate anymore these days.

Im in the same position, already a member and same UY.

I had resale point contract added 2 weeks ago and points showing next day. Its been 9 days.

My most recent contract too about 9 business days from showing up to points being loaded.

Strange as one 2 weeks ago, only took 24 hours to load.

It seems random and it does not seem to go in order. Many times a call would get you luck in getting them loaded right away, but seems like right now, they aren't being so accommodating. Pixiedust it happens soon!

Any idea if Member Admin is open today? I may call MS and see if they can load points.
