Resale of points bought direct from Disney question

I'm looking at buying 100 points for SSR direct from Disney and having it split into 2 - 50 point contracts. If I sell one of the contracts later, do I retain the blue card and the "benefits" (in quotes since they are subject to change)?

I don't believe so.

No. You’d need to retain both contracts (you need a minimum of 100 points).

You'll have to follow the rules of today (100 point minimum) if buying today. Some people can hold onto their original 25 points and it was enough at the time and they were grandfathered in. It then stepped up to 50 and 75.

So Disney Vacation Club advisors have answered that idea before because it would be a huge loophole.
