Resale at BLT

I am looking into buying a resale. Anything I should be looking out for and any suggestions of who is the best to go through? An help would be appreciateed.

Good luck trying to find a suitable resale for the amount of points you want and use year (I struggled). The market is very thin and spotty and the resale "discount" (from direct pricing) isn't that great (or as great as others', e.g. SSR).

You can try dvcbyresale.com and The Timeshare Store for listings.

We've been very happy with the Timeshare Store. They show a number of available BLT resales on their listings. Click on the DVC Resale Listings link at the top of this page.

If you don't see what you are looking for, let them know what you want and they'll notify you when they get a contract close to your needs.

Although most of the BLT listings show an asking price around $100, I think they're actually selling in the low $90's. The TTS people can tell you better because they see a lot more deals than are reported here.
