Resale and ROFR.....BWV experience solicited.....

We recently submitted an offer for a resale property at BWV and are just waiting to hear back from Disney re: ROFR......May be a shot in the dark - but anyone out there recently try to sell any points at BWV that either did or didn't get ROFR'd by Disney?

Guess I'm just looking for some encouraging news while we wait.....

It has a whole list of what has passed and not passed ROFR lately. You can add your info to the list as well to help others who are considering a DVC resale purchase. I made it through ROFR with a BWV resale purchase and this thread helped educate me on what was likely to pass.

We also just made an offer on a BWV contract. They said they have sent it to Disney for the ROFR. It's only been a week but I was wondering how long it takes for them to decide. I know they said they have 30 days to decide but I don't think I can wait that long!!! Just wondering how long others had to wait to find out one way or the other.

We sent in a contract for Vero before Christmas and it took a little less than two weeks to hear from our broker that it passed.

our offer was for 200 pts at BWV. all 200 from '05 have been banked. april use year - so 400 pts available on 4/1/06. price was $82.50/pt.
