Ok, I've decided to get on some waitlists for my 100 points for a WDW resort (not vero beach or HH). I'm on the waitlist for The Timeshare Store and ***********.com (referals from other WDW website). Are there others you know of that are good, bad or otherwise. I don't want to just call a random timeshare seller I find using a Google search.

Thanks
Becky

If you can splurge, the timeshare store has 3 listings for OKW for 150 points, because some points are used and borrowed, you could low ball a price and maybe get it. I know you want 100, but 150 is great, especially at OKW when the maintenance is the lowest!

Becky, don't think you could go wrong with either of the resellers you're currently waitlisted with or Jaki at www.atimeshare.com. All 3 of the major resellers have received lots of kudos on this board. Although Jeff and others have been successful using Lee Reid, a number of people on this board (including myself) have found working with Mr. Reid to be a rather negative experience in terms of response/customer service. Good Luck!!

Hi There!

Thanks everyone. I actually just called Jaki and she's got what I want....hopefully this will all work out. Thanks for the good advice!!!!!!! :Pinkbounc

We used Pat Spell at The Timeshare Store and highly recommend her.

We just finished working with Jaki and we are very very happy! She did a great job for us and knows her business! You made a GREAT choice!

Good Luck

I bought both my resales from The Timeshare Store. Pat Spell helped me with the last one and was great. I have heard good and bad things about all the resale companies, more good than bad.

The only person I would recommend that you avoid is Lee Reid. If you deal with him you have to be very proactive, make all the phone calls and all the follow-ups with him. He is very "hands-off". I think he's fine for someone who has been through the process before, but not for a newbie.

Good luck!

Becky,

Did you jump on the 100pts, Feb Use Year @ $71 per pt? I noticed today that it is no longer on the web site. We were seriously considering it, but didn't jump fast enough !!

Yes we did. I knew they wouldn't be there long enough. Sorry to take them so quick. ;)
