Resale/Add-on question

Hi

I'm sure this has been asked before but I'm too tired to search for it.

How does it work if you buy an add-on and then decide to sell the original contract only? For example, I originally buy 160 (min direct buy-in usually) points at BLT and then add-on 50 points at OKW both with the same use year. Can I sell the 160 BLT points and just keep the OKW points?

Something I am contemplating but may or may not look into further than this question being answered. TIA!!

You can sell your 160 point contract and keep your 50 pointer with no problems. The two contracts are always treated as two separate properties.

BTW... you can be a DVC with as little as 25 points. People otften start out with a 50 point contract via resale.
