When we stay at WDW, I send in requests about 1 week in advance. What works best at HRH? We are leaving this next week.

Same as Disney call them or email, but better to call

WE faxed our request about a week before we went.

Did you make your ressie online? If so, there is a "comments" field. That is where I usually enter my requests. If you want to add/change a comment, simply call the reservation line and ask them to do that for you. If you made the ressie over the phone, again, just call them and ask them to note your request on your reservation. They actually do read the comments field.

I was wondering the same thing. We have four families going and are hoping to be together (or atleast on the same floor).

Is there anything else we should ask for?

:thumbsup2 I sent an e-mail about 1 week before our visit in aug. asking for an upgrade.Directed it to Chris Garia, included my house and cell #.When he couldn't reach me on cell(tower problems)he called me at home with a room offer! He is the greatest!! :thumbsup2

I just called and made my requests at HRH. There was no problem at all. We check in on Thursday so we will see! Anyway, we had a small snag that was handled great. Everything is in line now, just waiting for Wednesday so we can leave :cool1:
