Requests when renting points?

I just checked in online (BLT 1-BR, baby! Woohoo!) but wanted to add "even numbered room" to my requests. Since it wasn't an option online, I called the main reservations # but the CM couldn't access my reservation since its DVC. And I went through David's Rentals to rent the points so I can't call member services, right? How do I add this to my reservation? Should I try to call BLT as it gets closer?

You can't call the resorts directly. All published phone numbers for Disney Resorts ring to an off-site (possibly out-of-state) call center. This also applies when using the "Front Desk" button on the in-room phone.

As the PP noted, you have to contact the owner you rented from to add the request.

If I remember correctly, the odd-numbered rooms are on the "inside" of the resort, while the even numbered rooms are on the "outside" of the resort, with the "lake view" or "theme park" view. So, it's probably dependent on what category you booked. If you booked standard view, you'll probably wind up in one of the inside villas or 1st or 2nd floor. You may get some pixie dust and get your view upgraded if you booked standard, but I wouldn't count on it.

I booked lake view, but it could be an inside or an outside room...hoping for outside. NBD but was wondering. I'll just ask at check in I guess. Since I rented through a third party, I have the members' names on the rental agreement but no contact info.

You can contact the agency that you rented through and ask them to have this request added to your reservation.
