Requesting Specific Room at CBR

My DF will be arriving at the CBR on May 8th, very late at night. I would like to request a non-smoking room and something nearby one of the shuttle stops, due to my toddlers sever allergy problems and other medical issues. Does anyone know the number to CBR and will they hold true to our request even if we are getting in very late???

CBR phone # is (407) 934-3400. I don't know how true they keep requests as we never made a specific request. You may want to try a room in Trinidad North. All the bldgs seem to be close to a bus stop. It is also close to Old Port Royale (food court).

We are also arriving very late on May 8th...around 11 pm or so! I would say that you should try and get Trindad North

Minnesota - We will also be arriving at the same time....around 11 p.m. If you happen to look around at check in and see a family of four - one DS will be in a stroller - we will be the ones looking very tired. Thanks for the tip on Trindad. I will be placing my call today. Hopefully, they will honor our request.

DH and I are staying there with my parents, which my father just had triple by pass surgery recently. So, we requested connecting rooms in bldg 45 or 51 (since that is a short distance to PR) and also non smoking. I also wonder how they will handle our request?

DH and I are going to arrive around 11am, we live in the Tampa Bay area so it won't take us long to get there.
