Requesting rooms

Forgive me as Im sure its been asked 100 times over, but, can i request a room location??? I tried on one other prevoius trip and the CM I was talking to told me it wasnt possible?????

Also, when is the best time to request a location?

I wasnt planning on requesting anything for our May trip to AKL, since we are staying in a standard, and hoping for a little and maybe get upgraded (and even if not, Im not sure it matters here for a standard???)

But, for Pop in Sept/Oct, DD wants to stay in the 50s the time (she loves Lady & the Tramp). We have prevoiusly stayed in the 60s, 70s, & 80s, so it would be nice.

You can add the request to your reservation. The rooms are assigned about a week before you arrive and the CM's in charge of assignments will try to take your request into consideration when assigning your room if it's possible.

You just tell them when you book over the phone. If you already have ressies then call back and add it on. They're REQUESTS, so not guaranteed in stone.

You can certainly put in a request - but as I have heard many times before - "askin' ain't gettin'" Good luck!!

You can request & it is only a request but they do their best to honor them. But like all the other posters when making the ressie put it on there. That way the resort see it.

If just being in the 50s section is your only request, that will help out a lot. It's when there are two or three requests that it gets a bit hairy. Also mention that your daughter really wants to stay there because she likes Lady and the Tramp.

And if you get there and your room isn't in the 50s section, ask if you could possibly be moved.

Any time I've ever made a request, I've done it at check-in. So far, I haven't been disappointed!

sometimeen you get lucky and may get what you would like. always ask when you make the res then again when you check in. good luck
