Sorry. I misunderstood the question. For rotation, I have not tried changing it. I can see the value in trying to change it as there are some nights I don't want to schedule a night at Palo/remy -- example: animators palate night.
What is the purpose of choosing a particular rotation? One eats in all of the MDRs anyway... right? Does one offer something the others don't on a particular night?

Some people have a preference for what dining room they are in for, say, formal night, or Pirate night, or don't want to conflict a desired menu with an adult dining reservation (which can be made long before knowing what the specific rotation is).
But, there's really no advantage to selecting a particular rotation, just a preference.

We asked to have our rotation in April. We were with our daughter and grand-children. We had Palo booked on night 2. When we got our rotation we found that we were scheduled for Animator's Palette on that night. Not wanting the grand-children to miss a night at AP, we asked for a change and were accommodated.
How do you go about requesting a specific rotation if you're not concierge? Or is this something that can only be done once you're on the ship? Thanks!
