Hello Everyone,

This will be our first family trip to US/IOA. We are staying onsite at Royal Pacific Resort for 3 nights. Like Disney, can we request specific rooms or areas to be in? If so, do you fax your request in or call or just ask when you arrive? :confused3

If so, where does anyone suggest? We went with a non-view room. Which tower is better, which one is closer to transportation or to the pool, since no special view, is it better to be closer to the ground, etc.?

Sorry for all the questions, but first time doing the family vacation at US/IOA. We are Disney nuts, but last year on a business trip, I spent a day at US/IOA and knew my kids would love the rides, so this year we're going there for 3 days.

Thanks for any advice and help! popcorn::

I agree. I read the entire RPR room assignment thread and made lots and lots of notes.
I now know which tower appeals to me and even which exact rooms I will ask for. This thread and all the people who contribute to it, just can't be beat!! :worship:

May I ask where you are requesting and why? :confused3

Thanks....

No problem. From reading the RPR room assignment thread, I will be requesting rooms 1725, 1727, 1729 or 1733. would also request same numbers but on floor 6 (ie: 1625 -1633)
These are the ones I chose because they all appear to have great views of the parks, high floors and closest to the walkways. We have three healthy teenage boys, so I was not concerned with being close to the boat docks. I feel they will enjoy the views more. Also, we are getting two rooms and need 2 Q beds as opposed to a King bed and these all have Queens.

Can not be in Tower 2 due to severe pet allergies and the location does not appeal to me. Nothing in Tower 3 works for us either, but I believe you would get that if you had a Club room (which we won't).

Good Luck! Have fun reading the thread on room assignments and viewing the awesome pictures the wonderful members here have so kindly shared with us. :)

I read through the entire thread once already, but that was a few months ago and didn't take enough notes :scared1: . I printed out a few posts and will be looking in generally the same area.
