Requesting bunkbeds at AKL

So, we are taking our first trip to WDW in exactly ONE MONTH and we will be staying at AKL. We have requested bunkbeds but we only have one child with us. What are the chances that we'll get the bunks? It will be DS's 7th birthaday and he is REALLY excited about sleeping on the top bunk.

Bunkbeds are a must for us DD & DS 12 obviously need them. We went in January and we were accomodated. We normally stay at WL and have gotten them each year. I am sure they will try their best to accomodate you.

We stayed at AKL in Jan with our only DD and we received the bunk beds we requested.

It'll probably depend on how full the resort is. DD and I were there the week before Christmas and we got a bunk bed room. Great you might think for DD Unfortunately not - she sleeps in a bunk at home so guess who ended up on the bunk?!?!
