Requesting a room at BC

Hi,

I've asked this on the resort threads too but no replies yet! Sorry if this has been posted before (I'm sure it has!) but I can't seem to find it. On the BC FAQ thread I've read that to request a particular room, I should contact WDW CRO at least 2 weeks before our trip - do you think it's too soon to do it now (we're arriving Sept 12th)?

Also, I can't seem to find an email address for them anywhere - do I have to call them or is there another way of contacting them?

On our last trip we didnt request a room but we did request an area at BC, I did this by phoning Disney directly.I did it about six months before our arrival date.We got exactly what we asked for. The only word of caution is by requesting an actual room you may be narrowing your chances.Try and keep it simple for eg full balcony (only 50% of rooms at BC have one), floor level, close to lobby,close to pool or epcot etc.
