I do not personalize my things as I travel a good bit and can't keep up with a thread. Instead I post blanks and try to teach others how to personalize things for themselves. If you have MS Word...you can save the image to your pictures as a jpeg. Then open up a word document, insert the picture and insert textboxes to add the names, dates, etc. You will need to insert a textbox for each rectangle and another for the name.

That is actually a font and the capital letters all have Cinderella in them. It is called AL Cinderella and you can get it for free at www.disney-stationary.com I think.
