Request? I'm lost.

I am trying to make 4 iron on shirts (which I have no idea how to do....yet) but what I have been working on are the images.

Some of you may have seen the embroidered shirts with the black mickey head/minnie head and the name written in red disney script underneath.

I am wanting to make those shirts...with a bigger, maybe more 3d looking black head (or black head with bow)...and the disney text a bit 3d looking too. (there is a word for the 3d effect I'm talking about lol...its like just on the edge) Altho really, the effect isnt important I guess.

I installed Photoshop and everything...but then I figured out I have no idea how to use it. LOL!

I am also trying to do it to where the head and the text are the only thing that "irons-on" to the shirt. I dont want it sitting on a big white rectangle (although that may have to do with how you print it?)

Can anyone help me out with this?

The names I am going for are: Courtney, Dylan, Ashley and Maggie

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I suggest you visit the Meet the DISigners sticky and see what the various DISigners are about. In the meantime, I invite you to visit my Photobucket for some ideas......

and one thing you can do is get the name on the Mickey head....you then cut it out and have no white space.

That is a perfect mickey head!

But I was talking about having the name underneath the mickey head....thats why I was wondering about the white space.

It wont let me post a pic because I dont have 10 posts....ugh

I haven't been able to find anything like that in the DISigners threads....but I will look again and I will check out your photobucket too!
