Request for Garden/Pool View BWV

Just made a reservation for a 1 bedroom garden/pool view at BWV for October. Any suggestions for room requests? We don’t mind walking, but would love a nice view and balcony.

You have options of both the main pool or the quiet pool depending on what might be more appealing. Or there are some views that look towards the water way connection between Swan/Dolphin and DHS. I'd ask for a higher floor in all cases.

I have never gotten any unit near my requested location in 18+ years of staying at BWV, so your request really doesn't matter so much there. Good luck.

On our last stay, I requested a high floor close to the elevator. We got a room on the second floor and no where near the elevator. However, we ended up liking that location because we didn't have to wait for the o-so-slow elevators. On a previous stay, we requested high floor and close to the elevator and got it. So, it's hit or miss as to whether you will get your request or not.

It's crazy how hit or miss these can be. We've been staying at BWV for nearly 20 years ourselves and I can honestly only remember 1 time (I probably just jinxed myself for this summer) when we haven't gotten our request. Even that time, it was only one night and then they accommodated the request beginning the next night.

To answer the original question, our main request no matter what is always highest available floor. From there we generally request something relatively close to the elevators. To be honest though, the only request that we really truly care about at BWV is highest available floor. Main pool, quiet pool... both have some great spots especially now that you can see the fireworks at DHS from some rooms.
