Request: Dr. Doofenshmirtz from P&F

Hi,

I am looking for someone to create a 'Mickey Head' with some kind of Dr. Doofenshmirtz theme from Phineas and Ferb. I've searched the boards here but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I would like for it to have the name "Mike" on it and possibly "2011".
