I think that is what the title of them is called. I see a name pop up from time to time as being good. If I call can I request to speak with this person to get some info? Do I call the main number? Or is it like the true sales where they have a rotation they use to assign what sales person you get? What is the protocol?

Truthfully, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I really don't think you'll get anyone "bad" per se. I mean, they all equally take your money I think. :rotfl2:

I imagine they're all good. ;) I just see a name that I would like to speak with as I have a good feeling I will click with this person. I have some big and unusual requests and need to know the person will go the distance to make it happen.

Are you talking about the sales person or the actual planner?

The first person you talk to basically takes your reservation information and the requested location and type of wedding.

Later you will be assigned a planner/coordinator who will really get into the details of your wedding.

Do they really take requests for planners? No one has ever mentioned this on the boards and I think they assign without our input.

Typically no, requests for planners is not done.

There are specific planners for the different types of weddings (Escape or Wishes) and they can change.

I had Jennifer O'Leary for my Intimate wedding but she only does Wishes weddings now so recommending her to someone who is planning an Escape wedding wouldn't do any good!;)
