Reputible Excursion Company In Cozumel?

Hi All, we are trying to figure out whether Disney is best for us to book through or if there is other companies that reputible and that you would reccomend.Please help if you have any suggestions.Thanks so much .

A few days ago someone mentioned dolphindiscovery.com and their prices are much lower for the dolphin encounter than the Disney excursion--it's listed in the passporter as 105 for adults and 90 for children, and at this website it is $75--would save $30 per adult!

How far in advance did you book the non DCL excursions?

We did the dophin swim at Chankanaab through shoretrips.com. You will need to get your own taxi for $10.00. This is easy to do - there are a zillion of them in town! We loved shore trips and everything went smoothly - we would definitely use them again!

Any idea what you want to do in Cozumel? Ruins, snorkeling, beach time? There are tours to the ruins, you can even get to them on your own. The cruise ship dock is close to the ferry dock, which will take you over the mainland where you can get transportation to Tulum and Xel Ha or Xcaret. A taxi ride from the ships dock will get you to Chakanaab park, where you can snorkel, have a dolphin encounter, beach time, and see some "faux" ruins. There's also a company just next to the dock called "Dive with Martin" that will take you on a snorkel excursion. Any of this would be cheaper than the ship excursions. Diana

We were thinking of a Ruins tour.My DH wants the Tulum ruins,but i dont want to be on an excursion all day long.

Is there snorkle gear available to rent at Chakanaab Park? We are thinking of booking our own dolphin swim, but would like to spend some time at the park too.

We just booked the Dune Buggy tour through Cozumelhomes.com. They were also offered on Shoretrips.com, but we decided to book with Homes because they have an office in the US that you call directly to.

This tours sounds like a blast. We just hope there are more people on the tour than just the two of us! Sounds like most people do the park and beaches in Coz. We've been there before and want to do something different! We are a little more on the adventerous side and this excursion sounds like it fits the bill!
