Repositioning Cruises sold out again?

Since the disneycruise.com site has been back up, I've been checking to see the prices on the Repo cruises. I'm booked for the Westbound in May, but I'm curious about the pricing.

It looks like they are not showing any categories availabe for EITHER cruise. Do you think the ship is really sold out? Or, is something else going on. I know there are a lot of GTY status reservations . . .

Anyone talk with DCL about this lately?

I looked last week on cheaptickets and they had several categories left.

Is it May 05 yet???

Yeah, I looked there, too. They don't have the May 14, 2005 listed. But, the first Mexican cruise is there.

The DCL rep I spoke with last Friday said the May 2005 repo cruise was sold out and the August repo cruise was very close to being sold out.

That's the truth! And when I spoke to a DCL rep last week, he said that when they come out with the 2005 brochures and video/DVD, they are not even going to include a segment on the West Coast itinerary or the repo cruises. He said it's because the brochure and DVD are promotional materials to advertise sailings and they don't believe there will be any space left to sell by the time the materials go out, so why include them!

There may be hope if you are set on a repositioning cruise that is sold out.

Unfortunately, not everyone who makes a reservation/deposit will be able to cruise. There should be some openings. You may want to inquire if there is a waiting list.

The CMs have been informed that the repo cruises are sold out! Guess there may be some cancellations nearer the time though. Nat

Just got off the line with DCL (checking on the progress of my waitlist for my favorite stateroom 5622) and she told me that it is fluctuating as travel agencies give back rooms they originally booked during that first/second day. It's more of an hour by hour count but I bet it will be full regardless!!!

As of 4PM CST - BOTH cruises were at capacity.
