Report on WDW Trip for school

We are taking our WDW trip this year while school is still in (no flaming please) and are taking her out for a week. Her principal is asking her to do a report/project about her trip while she is gone. We are definitely going to get some things from Epcot, but has anyone else had to do something like this for school before? I would really love any suggestions anyone would be willing to give!!! TIA

I don't know what grade your DD is in but we just got back and my DS did a daily page journaling what we did that day and also did the sheets on specific parks. I used the journals/sheets on this site:

That is the best one out there. Our DS used it last May, he was out of school for eight days. He filled out each and every page, he loved doing it.
When he returned to school the teacher thought it was the best thing she ever saw. He received and excellant grade on it from his teacher and his classmates couldn't wait to see it after he gave his report to his class.
In my opinion this is well worth it.
