Report an Employee for Drug Use

I think forcing him to see the error of his ways by removing his ability to work at a job that he actually wants (instead of just whatever he can get because they don't drug test) because of his refusal to get clean might help wake him up a little.

Have you ever considered that maybe a having a purpose, loving a job, and being around a positive environment may help him stay clean?

Sounds like you tried, and the families attempts have failed. He needs to do this on his own. BUTT OUT!!

And synthetic urine won't pass. Drug screenings are much more sophisticated than they used to be.

They may not have considered it but I have. That he's trying to cheat his way past the screening tells me he isn't clean and intends to stay that way.

My wife and I work for major corporations (different ones) that have halted drug testing. HR at my place said it just got too complicated to sort out the people taking legitimate prescription medication that threw off the testing without violating their HIPPA rights.
My wife's place ended up dropping drug testing after getting sued (and losing) for denying employment based on a failed drug test. The transcripts of the case were sealed, so don't know for sure the reason, but basically it is believed that the applicant was legally taking something that threw off the test, and the applicant felt proving he had a legitimate and legal reason for taking that medication violated his rights to privacy.

Ok, first, to anyone thinking I'm a troll, I'm not. I'm genuinely concerned for the well-being of any park guests who might encounter my nephew (there's a lot of other issues like a history of unreported violence, etc, that I didn't include here, but seems like it could be relevant as well).
Second, to all telling me to mind my own business, I appreciate your opinion, which is why I asked in the first place, but if that's all you can offer, perhaps you should have minded yours instead.
Finally, I truly wish the best for my nephew and I really hope that he does get the help he needs. I have decided (without the help of anyone here) to let things work themselves out as they have a tendency to do. Thank you to everyone who actually had something valuable to contribute. To the rest of you who made assumptions without follow up questions, perhaps you should follow your own advice.

I think "mind your own business" is a valid opinion. That's what you asked for.
Exactly. Going anonymous then posting it in public, that's what you get. Disney is not going to give some newbie a job involving the safety of guests. If he's luck he may get to clean hotel rooms or bathrooms. Your last Kets to the Kingdom guide started out in hotel housekeeping.

I'd be more concerned with the violent tendencies than Disney's ability to figure out a fake urine test.

It's interesting what people choose to report. Report fake pee, but don't report violent behavior...smh.

All that said, drug addiction is a terrible monster to try to shed and not that many succeed. We all wish your nephew the best.
