Replies to emails from Disney cruise line

Just wondering if anyone else has to wait what seems like an age for replies.
We have been waiting for over a week now although we have received acknowledgement. Bit disappointed.
 
Hi! We are going on our first cruise and I had a few questions so I decided to e-mail DCL. I am still waiting for some answers and that was weeks ago!! Ended up having to ask TA. I am usually really impressed with Disney but they must have some glitches as far as their e-mail goes!! :confused3
 
We are DVC members and are very impressed with their service. Thought perhaps it was just that we live in England!!!!!! We have no freephone number to call so have to rely on email.
Not very happy with the service - hope everything else lives up to expectation.
 
I've sometimes received replies the same day, and at other times its taken almost two weeks. I'm not sure why such a difference. But, I've noticed the replies I've gotten right away were more clear and answered my questions, while the replies that took a long time really told me nothing. Maybe it has something to do with the person answering the question, or the question itself. I know some people don't like answering questions via e-mail as it is proof positive in writing they can be held up to at some point. Not to be negative of course. :)
 

I received a reply within 2 days, I was very pleased with the service.
