Replacing broken misting fan

We have one of the blue spray misting fans with a strap that we bought 2 years ago at Disney. We are packing for our trip this week and noticed it no longer works. I know you can take ponchos and the spinning/light up toys back when they stop working and they will replace them without a receipt. Does the same hold true for the misting fans?

We brought one with us from the previous year, and it was broken. I was hoping to avoid buying a new one as a novelty for the kiddo. Our intention wasn’t to exchange it - but they offered to give us a new one when we were buying a different item. We were so pleased!

I know they are great about the spinner toys and even pens (we’ve gone through so many of the pick Princess clicking pens) I would definitely ask!
