Replacement Souvenir?

Hi,

We were recently in Orlando and my 3-year-old daughter bought a souvenir snowglobe with her pocket money. Unfortunately, she dropped it and the plastic shattered beyond repair. Is there any way to buy a replacement one without returning to Orlando? (It's the dated 2016 one.) We bought it at the Disney Store in Disney Springs. Or, does anyone know if there's an email for the Disney Store? I can't find any contact information for them at all.

Could you download the Shop Disney Parks app? If you are in the US, you should be able to get the app and I presume you can have items shipped to you? I wasn't able to download it as I am from Canada and it isn't available for use out of the US. I also recall there was a phone number you could call to purchase items from the parks. Hope that helps a bit!

Thanks for this number; we were there in Feb as well. I purchased one of those oragami owl like necklaces. My daughter wore it and the part the holds the charms in broke. I looked online and on the Disney store at park merchandise and couldn't find it. We were both pretty bummed. We got it in a a gift shop at the Contemporary resort while waiting for our Chef Mickey table.
