Replace 1900 or CP with Kona?

Hi, I am considering replacing Crystal Palace or 1900 Park Fare (both at dinner) with Kona for dinner. I have never eaten at either 1900 or CP, although I don't know how I have managed that.

I'd like to eat one meal at both Grand Flo and Poly. Plus, I would love to surprise my kids with that Kona Kone! Thus, Kona breakfast would not help.

Should I replace either of the other two or is Kona not really all that great at dinner?

If I really wanted to confuse things and change many ADRs again, I could move one to breakfast, but which?

Kona is fabulous for dinner! We always eat there at least once for dinner and once for breakfast each trip.

I have never done 1900 Park Fare for dinner but we have done Crystal Palace. Crystal Palace was good when my kids were really little. The characters were a lot of fun but the food wasn't that spectacular.

Good luck on your decision!

Keep in mind that sometimes it is just nice and relaxing to be waited on:thumbsup2

I found Kona's food to be disappointing at dinner. I like their breakfast... Grand Floridian Cafe is great, though....

The only problem with 1900 at dinner is that it is all about Cinderella. Not sure if the 3 boys would be that interested since you are also paying for the characters. Breakfast might be a better option if you want to try it there since the characters are more varied.

I like Kona, but I have to say that I like CP better, especially with kids. They can either eat typical kid food or help themselves to more adult items. If you want to try the Kona Kone, couldn't you just go for that in the afternoon?
