Repairs to Watches bought from WDW Parks

I don't kow if anyone will know the answer to this, my FIL bought me a limited edition watch from one of the Disney Parks and on Saturday the strap snapped, luckily it happened in the car as we had just left Disney on Ice and I could have lost it at the arena

Anyway the strap has got Disney stamped on the inside and because it's a LTD edition one I want it to be replaced with like for like, does anyone know if they do replacements or anything? I don't really want a normal strap for it, but realise that I may have to if there is no other option.

I don't think you can get replacement straps, i've never seen them in wdw i've had to get a strap from the local jewellers.
