Repair for Light-Up Ears Headband

Hi there! I bought a really cool Tower of Terror Light-Up Ears Headband in June and it worked great. I got them out this weekend to wear to the Oogie Boogie Bash at Disneyland and they would no longer light up. I assumed they simply needed new batteries, but after replacing the batteries they still wouldn't light up. Does anyone know of a place where something like these could be repaired?
